All service content — texts, images, algorithms, design — is owned by LearnWords or licensed to us. Copying, reproducing, or distributing without written permission is prohibited.
Your Content
By creating topics and words, you retain rights to your original content. At the same time, you grant LearnWords a non-exclusive license to use this content for the operation of the service.
Uploading content that infringes third-party copyrights or contains offensive materials is prohibited.
4 Payment and Subscriptions
The basic functionality of LearnWords is free. Premium features are available by subscription.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 14 days after payment if you are not satisfied with the service. One-time purchases that have been used are non-refundable.
5 Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". LearnWords does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not responsible for:
Temporary unavailability due to technical work or force majeure
Accuracy of automatically generated content
Damages arising from the user's violation of these Terms
Actions of third parties, including payment systems
The total liability of LearnWords to the user shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 12 months.
6 Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of:
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent actions or abuse of the service
Providing false information during registration
Requests from law enforcement agencies
You may delete your account at any time in the settings. Your data will be deleted within 30 days.
7 Changes to Terms
LearnWords may update these Terms. For significant changes, we will notify you 30 days before they take effect via email or an in-app notification.
Continuing to use the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you may delete your account before this date.
